Book A Librarian is available by appointment only so that we may provide you with one-on-one, in-depth assistance.

Outside of Book A Librarian appointments or Digital Drop-In sessions, assistance for non-library service technology may be limited.

Services: PGTPL staff are trained instructors and are familiar with many forms of technology and electronic equipment, but we are not trained computer technicians. We cannot repair damaged or malfunctioning technology.

Antiquated Technology: PGTPL reserves the right to decline assistance with antiquated or unusual technology. For example, we are not able to provide assistance to devices using Windows XP or Windows Vista operating systems.

Limitations: PGTPL staff cannot type your information into any forms or websites. The patron should be the one to primarily handle the device.
